Foods from Scratch

Recently I did a presentation for the new group of PCVs on ten foods you used to buy pre-made from the store but now have to make from scratch. While the food is not Moroccan, learning how to make foods from scratch has been a huge learning experience while here. And I wanted to share some of the recipes with you. Here’s the powerpoint I used in the presentation. It has recipes from homemade tomato sauce to pumpkin puree to Italian dressing.   top-ten-foods
